There are also 6 sun loungers and two sunshades, along with a relaxing rocking sofa and a furnished porch for your comfort.
The owners prioritize sustainability, and you’ll find solar panels throughout the property. You can also visit the orchard, with the owner's permission, and explore its fruit trees, including olives, lemons, and almonds. A fantastic terrace with a built-in barbecue is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening meal under the pergola.


As you step into the house, you'll immediately feel the warmth and practicality of the space, enhanced by the air conditioning and the beautiful color scheme that seamlessly blends the dining room, living room, and kitchen. This open area allows you to enjoy meals while watching satellite TV, or cook on the gas stove while conversing with your loved ones, who can relax on the stools at the American bar while enjoying an appetizer.
On this floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned. There is also a shower bathroom on this level.
Upstairs, you'll discover the third bedroom, featuring two twin beds and a wardrobe, as well as a separate toilet. A cot and high chair can be arranged wherever you prefer.
