This charming country house, located in Montuïri in the heart of Mallorca, offers a private pool and expansive green spaces with spacious terraces. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

You'll experience the island's wonderful Mediterranean climate like never before in the beautiful outdoor areas of this finca. The star of the property is the pool— a 7x4 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters. It’s perfect for both children and adults to enjoy the long, warm summer days. Surrounding the pool, you'll find sunbeds for those looking to soak up the sun, and shaded spots under the trees where you can relax with a good book after a refreshing swim.

As you approach the house, you’ll be greeted by a large terrace featuring a built-in barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals for the whole family. An impressive dining table provides plenty of space to comfortably seat all 12 guests. The lush greenery surrounds the entire property, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere, as the property is fully fenced and free from neighboring houses.


This spacious property spans over 3 floors and 400 m², offering a simple yet comfortable style with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The main living area is an open-plan space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living area, you'll find two cozy sofas, perfect for watching satellite TV or taking a short nap. On colder days, a wood stove adds extra warmth.
Adjacent to the living room is a large dining table that seats 12, positioned near the stove. The fully equipped kitchen, designed for family chefs, includes a gas stove and oven, a second wood oven, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a small table for helpers. Additionally, there’s a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, featuring two single beds, a closet, and a fan. This floor also includes a shower room.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each room is equipped with a double bed, a fan, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a playroom with gaming consoles and another shower room on this floor.
If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair upon request. The house is also equipped with central heating for the colder months.
