Welcome to this magnificent house located in Montuïri, in a former 16th-century convent, with large outdoor spaces, gardens, and an extraordinary swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
The outdoor areas are spectacular, consisting of a large garden with spacious terraces from which you can enjoy views of the mountains and nature of Mallorca. There is also a 12 x 5 m saltwater swimming pool with a minimum depth of 0.9 m and a maximum depth of 1.7 m. Relax in one of its 12 sun loungers, spend wonderful evenings by the chill-out area or have an outdoor barbecue, among many other things. There are outdoor bathrooms, one of which is adapted for disabled guests.

This house is a jewel of Mallorcan rural architecture, preserving many historical and traditional elements that give it even more charm. It is distributed over two floors. The dining room has historic décor and the living room on the first floor is very spacious, bright and cosy. Relax on the sofa, whether reading a book, watching satellite TV or simply resting by the fireplace. If you want to relax even more, there is another small room equipped with a study, two armchairs and a small table. The traditional Mallorcan freestanding gas kitchen is very charming and fully equipped so you can cook without any problems. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor, six of them with double beds and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The house also has a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and a toilet on the first floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The house is located in Montuïri, in a privileged rural setting. Good road connections to many points of interest and leisure activities make it quick and easy to visit the nearest beaches. The house is only 1.7 km from the village, where you will find everything you need for your stay. Visit the Son Fornés Museum in Montuïri, where you will find pottery, bone utensils and stone and bronze tools from the megalithic period. The museum is located in the Molino des Faret (an 18th-century flour mill). You can also visit the Son Fornés archaeological site in Montuïri or the Puig de Sant Miquel, with an altitude of 259 m; at the top there is an oratory called ‘Mare de Déu de la Bona Pau’. 27 km away you will find the beach of Sa Ràpita, and many other beaches in the same area.
