Villa Amanecer is a magnificent villa to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is in one of the best areas of Moraira just 5 min. walking from the sandy beach, the port and all the services that Moraira offers, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.
The villa is distributed in 3 heights. The main floor consists of a spacious living room, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper part consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a solarium and the semi-basement with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The exterior has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, built-in barbecue, large private pool and parking.

Just a few steps away we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing. It is hidden in a cliff and we access it by going down a staircase.
Walking the streets of the urban area of Moraira is another of the great attractions for the visitor. Its cobbled streets and the facades of its typical houses on the Costa Blanca give this town a special charm.
Sitting down to have a drink on one of its terraces or visiting the wide variety of shops that run through its urban area will provide you with another vision of this coastal town.
A must-see are also the almost 8 kilometers of coastline that the town of Moraira has, made up of seven unspoilt beaches and coves that offer the best version of the Mediterranean Sea.
