You can easily walk to Moraira’s many restaurants, cafés & shops, as well as enjoy paddle tennis, hiking, and other outdoor activities. The villa is also within walking distance of two beautiful beaches – Moraira & El Portet. Perfect if you are looking for a holiday home big on privacy but, at the same time, close to the main tourist attractions of Moraira.

On the first floor, there is an entrance hall that opens to the dining room, lounge, and kitchen. The kitchen, newly built and of modern style, is fully equipped and offers domestic appliances of the last generation. The dining room is very bright, being close to the access door of the patio. There is also a guest toilet.

From the entrance hall, you can access bedroom #1 and bedroom #4, which has two single beds pushed together, air conditioning, and direct access to the patio. Next to it is bathroom #1 with a bathtub.

On the second floor are bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds pushed together and air conditioning. The highlight of this bedroom is the en suite bathroom #2, entirely renovated with a shower. Bedroom #3, also with air conditioning, has a double bed. Next to bedroom #3 you will find bathroom #3 with bathtub and shower.

Villa Diva offers a wealth of activities to keep everyone entertained: a private pétanque field with options for darts and archery, fitness equipment to stay in shape, and equipment on wheels so you can enjoy a workout under the blue skies in the pool area. You can also enjoy bike rides, with a little electrical assistance to help overcome the local hills.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that Villa Diva has a private pool and large terraces with panoramic views of the mountains, with several relaxing areas to sunbathe. The villa also features a built-in barbecue with 2 dining areas, one of them roofed, all surrounded by a well-cared garden.
