Located on the top of a small hill, our holiday rental villa Sunny Hill awaits. Its stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, and the imposing Peñón de Ifach will surprise you. Situated in a quiet and safe urbanisation next to Moraira, the distance to the town is just 800 metres and can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes. You can enjoy the fantastic beaches of Moraira without having to take the car!

This charming Mediterranean rustic-style house was renovated in 2016 with exquisite taste. The bathrooms and kitchen have been refurbished, air conditioning has been installed, and a fantastic swimming pool has been built. All of this while preserving the original style of the house, its wooden beams, old tiles, terracotta floors, hand-moulded walls, etc.

From its modern pool with indirect LED lighting, one enjoys incredible sea views. It is located a little separated from the trees in order to always be sunny. The excellent south-facing orientation of the house guarantees light and sun all day long and fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Next to the pool there are two outdoor showers, one of them with hot water.

Another of the house's treasures is its enormous pine grove of over 1,500 square metres located at the back: a true oasis in summer where the sea breeze will refresh you while you take a nap under one of its leafy pines. The children will also enjoy this large space: football goal, basketball hoop, a wooden playhouse and even a small vegetable garden where they will learn to grow vegetables. What more could you ask for to spend fantastic family holidays? The house also has a barbecue and a traditional wood-fired Moorish oven, would you like to learn how to cook authentic homemade bread during your holidays?

The property is divided into two floors. Its layout is perfect for making the most of the sea views from the main rooms. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, bedroom #1 with bunk beds, and bedroom #2 with a single bed and a balcony with beautiful views. Both bedrooms are near bathroom #1 with a shower. If we go up to the first floor, we have access to bedroom #3, a double room with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with incredible sea views. Next to it is bedroom #4, also for two people and very cosy. Bedrooms #1, #3, and #4, as well as the dining room, have air conditioning. The entire property has central heating with water radiators. The property also has a garage for a large car and a parking area for 3 more cars.
