The villa Andurina in Moraira is a large Spanish-Mediterranean style villa for up to 10 people. Its ample spaces, perfect orientation and proximity to the town of Moraira and the beach, make this villa a great opportunity to enjoy a holiday with everything you could wish for, leisure, relaxation, good gastronomy within walking distance and everything you could need during your stay, you will have it in the villa Andurina.

Distribution of the villa:

With 150 m² of living space and with a typical Spanish Mediterranean decoration, The villa is distributed as follows: A main floor with a spacious, fully equipped and independent kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to one of the bedrooms with a single bed and an en suite bathroom with a small bathtub. A spacious living/dining room with decorative fireplace, air conditioning, a sofa area and dining area. From the living room there is access to the second single bedroom, with a 90/190cm bed. A corridor from the lounge leads to a guest cloakroom with WC and washbasin only, a third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Situated 50 metres from the water, with sea views, lots of light, sun all day and with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, the plot has a parking area for cars (3 cars approx) within the outdoor plot.
Around the villa, you can enjoy a large plot with fruit trees such as lemon and fig trees, and a covered terrace with a table to eat outside, a sunbathing area in front of the pool and a barbecue with a small garden table.
It is located in front of a beautiful restaurant where you can taste typical dishes of the area including good rice dishes (Amantes de Moraira restaurant), 700m from the sandy beach ‘Playa L'Ampolla, Moraira’, 700 m from the town ‘Moraira’, 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the golf course ‘Club de Golf Ifach’, 92 km from the airport ‘Alicante Airport’ and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
