Charming farmhouse with unique views and just a few minutes by car from the beach.

This cosy farmhouse creates a unique symbiosis between the old and the new. Part of the farmhouse is over 300 years old and creates a perfect unity with the new part. Renovated and restored with great attention to detail, this holiday property offers true rest and relaxation.

By mixing genuine antiques and modern elements, the furniture creates a cosy atmosphere, so that you can spend a wonderful time on the estate even in bad weather.

The farm is prepared for 6 people. The house has a habitable area of 145 mΒ² on a plot of 22,000 mΒ². The house is situated in a landscaped area of 4,000 mΒ². The rest of the plot is used as a horse paddock during some months of the year.

The farm has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom are on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the ground floor.

The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, where you can spend a wonderful evening of gaming. Additionally, the house has satellite television, DVD, and music equipment. International television programmes are available.

In winter, you can get comfortable in front of the fireplace. Heating is also available (Β£1.15/litre).

The kitchen offers all the amenities to prepare delicious meals. Here, loving details have also been taken care of.

A well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (4m x 8m) that refreshes and plenty of seating and loungers invite you to spend unforgettable hours in the countryside.

There are two beautiful covered terraces where you can have your meals or enjoy moments of relaxation and/or evenings in the living area.

There is also an outdoor kitchen with a Bull brand barbecue for communal grilling fun.

Moreover, there is a billiards table in the house and for the outdoor area several games and a ping-pong table for various hours.

There is a spacious car park and the well-known white sandy beach of "Playa de Muro" is just a few minutes by car.
