On the ground floor, there is the living room with comfortable sofas. Next is the kitchen, fully equipped, so you can prepare your favorite dishes during your stay. It has a large and practical table to eat with your family or friends. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with a shower.

But what they will like the most is that they can enjoy refreshing dips in the pool and sunbathe on the sun loungers on the terrace, enjoy a pleasant dinner or simply relax with a drink or reading a book.

They can also use the garage that can accommodate a small car. If the car is large, you can park for free on the same street as the house or in the surrounding area.
