Welcome to your home in the urban area of Muro, Mallorca. This spacious and bright house is located 10 km from Muro beach, considered one of the best in Europe. It consists of three floors with four bedrooms and offers a perfect balance between comfort, luxury and Mediterranean essence, integrating traditional Mallorcan architectural elements with the latest trends in functionality and design, which provides the stay with a personal and exclusive character. The house is fully air-conditioned, making it comfortable in any season and also has high-speed WiFi access throughout the property.

On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room, perfect for relaxing, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, offering a functional and practical space. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom, in addition to a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for those who prefer to have their own private space. Finally, there is a garage for one car, offering comfort and security for your vehicle.

The garden, with its refreshing swimming pool and barbecue area, is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and create unforgettable memories.

On the first floor, there are three other rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional bathroom. Each room is carefully decorated and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

On the third floor, you will discover the games or teleworking room. This space features a ping-pong table and a PlayStation gaming console for entertainment and fun, as well as a quiet and intimate area, with cable internet connection, in case you ever need a space where you can work. Additionally, you can enjoy a spacious solarium with panoramic views of the town, or on the opposite side, of the Tramuntana Mountain Range.
