The flat is located on the 4th floor of a building with lift. The main room leads into the living-dining-kitchen area with AC, TV-sat and ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms all with AC. One has a double bed and exit to the second terrace, another one has two single beds and the last one has 1 single bed. There is a bathroom with bathtub in the accommodation. In addition the flat offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

The location of the flat is unbeatable: in the centre of Can Picafort, with easy access to all services such as shops, supermarkets or restaurants and, best of all, just a step away from the beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and golden sand. Not far away you have the wonderful beach of Capellans and by using public transport you can visit other beaches and magical places such as Playa de Muro or the old town of AlcĂşdia.
