This charming villa in Playas de Muro can accommodate up to 6 people.
Revel in an unforgettable vacation in this beautiful chalet near the beach. Outside you will find a fantastic garden where enjoying the Mediterranean weather, playing with the little ones on the grass where you can also spread the towel and lay to take a “siesta”. Then, the terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or read under the parasol. It also counts with a table for lunches or dinners outdoors. Finally, you will find the also furnished porch, where taking a vermouth before lunch or a drink in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house of 150 m2 is distributed on two floors and is decorated with style and with all the comforts to spend a great holiday. From the porch we access the wonderful living - dining room. There you can relax on the comfortable bench next to the fireplace on colder days or under the A / C on warmer days, and watch TV with satellite channels. Behind it, the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with the basic utensils and a gas cooker. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, with a double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the floor. Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms. In the corridor, there is an air conditioner to cool the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and access to a fantastic terrace where you can relax and unwind. The last bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower also serves this floor. Please note that all the bedrooms have an electric radiator for the coldest days and if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available on request. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in a quiet residential area where everyone is holidaying . The beach is just 30 metres away from the property, and it is a great beach of white sand and crystalline water which will make you want to stay just right there. The area features restaurants, shops, supermarkets,.. and it is very close to Puerto de Alcudia where you will find nightlife and other vacation leisure. You can visit the wall in Alcudia and other coves like Aucanada or Mal Pas. You can also go to Puerto de Pollensa and have a walk along its characteristic promenade.
