It has air conditioning (cold/heat) in all its rooms and living room, satellite TV with programmes in Spanish, English and German. Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed. The communal swimming pool will not open in 2025 due to force majeure. It is distributed in a living room with an independent kitchen, fully equipped, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and several terraces, all with sea views. It is located just 100 metres from Torrecilla Beach and in the heart of Nerja's urban centre, so it has all types of shops, stores, banks, restaurants, bars, etc. in its immediate surroundings. The communal swimming pool is open Tuesday to Sunday 11 - 15 and 17 - 20 until the end of August.
