The accommodation comprises entrance hall leading to the lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace, which overlooks the beach. The apartment is air conditioned.
The kitchen is well equipped with full oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave & dishwasher.
There are 3 bedrooms, (1 double & 2 twin) all with wardrobes. 2 family bathrooms 1 with bath & shower over. The other with a shower.
Access to the apartment level via a lift from the underground garage.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!
