The place has 2 large private terraces overlooking Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an ample living room, complete kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower.

The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street. Thishis apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
