This is a simple studio apartment in a good location, not far from the beach and town centre. There is a sleeping area separated from the rest of the studio by a wall that nearly reaches the ceiling. Although this does not make for a separate bedroom it breaks up the space somewhat. There are lovely views over the community garden and pool towards the sea and the building benefits from a residents? parking area (although a space cannot be guaranteed).
