Located in the authentic Las Flores neighbourhood, a quiet area without large numbers of tourists, surrounded by local families. Just a few steps away is the lively Parador area with a wide variety of popular restaurants such as the legendary Bar/Restaurant La Puntilla or El Velero, famous for their tapas. Just a 4-minute walk away is the Rincón de Encarni café, a meeting point for tourists and locals.

The Coviran supermarket is just 400 metres away. The large, well-stocked Mercadona supermarket is 600 metres away. There is also a greengrocer's and a typical neighbourhood supermarket just 50 metres away.

The nearest beach:
