ENTRANCE:



The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean hillside garden.



The driveway, with private parking, leads to the porch.



The entrance hall with its exposed stone and plants is dominated by the stunning suspended spiral staircase that sweeps up through the villa to all levels.



MAIN LEVEL



It is an open space where kitchen, living, terrace and pool areas seamlessly flow into one amazing space always attracting you to the views.

The spacious living area with full its height windows and panoramic views includes a cozy media area with 55” TV.



In the main area there are comfortable sofas, easy chairs and a further dining area for your enjoyment, relaxation or entertainment.

The terrace is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner al fresco or simply just to relax soaking up the sun while enjoying the views.



There are comfortable sunbeds, table, chairs and sofa under sun protecting umbrellas beside the pool for your comfort.



Kitchen:



The custom designed kitchen with its central island and dining area is the heart of the villa, with its quality appliances, space, light and views, which any chef could call home.



Ideal for entertaining and memorable occasions it also features an aquarium.



Two large dining tables (inside and out) seat up to 10. There is direct access to the panoramic terrace from the kitchen offering complete flexibility.



Features include coffee espresso machine, kettle, steam and microwave ovens, induction and gas hobs, full refrigeration, ice machine and drinking water dispenser. There is a pantry, dishwasher, and an additional drinks fridge.

UPPER LEVEL



The spiral staircase leads to the upper level and is reserved for relaxing and sleeping there is a piano area called “the Mirador” with more amazing views through the expansive windows.



The bedrooms:



Four bedrooms consist of two master bedroom suites each with ensuite bathroom and private balcony.



Two further spacious double rooms share a family bathroom and balcony.



All bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm), climate control air conditioning, satellite TV, electric blinds, hair dryer, and wardrobe closet and a safe box.



There are panoramic view for most bedrooms. The master suite with its super king bed (2x2m) also has luxurious Hydromassage.
