Additionally, it has a bathroom with shower tray and WiFi internet connection, along with Smart TV and washing machine for your convenience.

The apartment is located within a large rural Estate, surrounded by nature and close to Sierra Morena, ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling routes and wildlife observation. The urbanisation is private, fenced and secure, with unpaved but well-maintained paths, facilitating walks and bike routes within the community.
