Located on the hills of La Mairena and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, this comfortable two-bedroom apartment has two bathrooms, a magnificent private garden of 250 m², a sunny outdoor terrace with BBQ, a glazed winter terrace that can be fully opened, a shaded private patio and a fully equipped kitchen.
Luxurious corner ground floor, without vis-à-vis, with panoramic views of the sea as well as the hills overlooking Marbella, and the mountains of the Sierra de Las Nieves (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve).

Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !

The two swimming pools, one of which is for children, also offer panoramic views of the coast and the mountains. Access to the sports facilities of the El Soto club, located less than 2 minutes away, is free. It has a golf course (9 holes), a fitness room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a pétanque court, tennis and paddle courts (rackets available in the apartment). After sport, the club house, located in the heart of the golf course, is also accessible for a drink or a good meal.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.
