Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious dining room with a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. On this floor you will also find a bedroom with two places and a bathroom with a shower tray for greater comfort. The upper floor houses two other bedrooms, both with balcony and capacity for six more people, one with a double bed and another with single beds. In addition, it has a covered terrace ideal for family lunches or dinners, a cosy space to share at the end of the day 🍽️🌅.

The location is strategic, as you will be a few minutes from Marbella and close to natural landscapes such as Juanar Refuge, Barranco Blanco and the Ojén Eco Reserve, perfect for enjoying excursions and outdoor activities. The street where the house is located is quiet and well-connected with the main square of the town, accessible on foot. Keep in mind that large vehicles cannot access this road 🚶‍♂️🚗.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, wifi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and fans. Additionally, the garden furniture and the 20 m² terrace will allow you to make the most of your stay in an environment that is both natural and urban.
