Welcome to Allegro Boutique Apartments, a newly renovated residential complex designed to the highest standards of quality and functionality. Located on Rua Júlio Dinis, near the iconic Boavista roundabout, you’ll find a collection of 17 fantastic apartments that you’ll be proud to call home.

The Space:
Inside the apartment, you'll find a bright entrance hall, a spacious living area with a dining table, sofa bed, work desk and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality utensils. The sleeping area is divided into two comfortable double bedrooms – one of which is an en-suite with its own balcony. There’s also a guest bathroom with all the necessary amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

For your convenience, all apartments feature air conditioning, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with channels, and Wi-Fi.

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect your stay. Key collection takes place at our Welcome Center – Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our friendly team!

To make Porto even more welcoming, a municipal tourism tax has been introduced.
The tax of €2.00 per night (included in your booking) applies to all guests aged 13 and above, for up to 7 nights.

We operate a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If our team finds any evidence of smoking ([hidden] smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

If you’d like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Any unauthorized late check-out will incur a €200 per hour charge.

If you lose your key, a replacement fee will apply (to be confirmed).
If you leave the key inside the apartment and our team needs to assist you to unlock the door, there is a €40 fee after 7 PM.
If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be confirmed depending on the situation.

For stays of 28 nights or more, utility usage (water, electricity, internet/TV) is capped at €190. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a staff member from the host’s team to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits foreseen.

We also offer an airport transfer service that will drop you off directly at the apartment – just request it in advance!
