• 👥 Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.
• ⏳ Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of 90€ for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
• 🪜 Apartment access with elevator (we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions). There are stairs to the elevator.
• 🔊 Zero tolerance for noise in the apartment. We have very sensitive neighbours and a decibel meter with automatic notifications
