Located on Rua do Bonjardim, you'll be in the heart of the city, just minutes away from everything you might need for a worry-free stay. As you walk down the street, you can feel the cultural pulse of Porto. Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has been introduced. The fee of €2.00, included in the accommodation cost, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated ([hidden], smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for check-outs after the specified time without authorization.

In case of lost keys, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and our team needs to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If these expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a collaborator of the host to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
