Otañes is a quiet town located in a green valley. It belongs to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, located in the north of Spain. It is surrounded by nature trails which can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. It has several beaches at its disposal, located in Castro-Urdiales, Mioño, Oriñón and Laredo. Mountain enthusiasts can also find their space in the different and varied existing routes. There is a riding school for horse lovers, located in Mioño.
