The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a 1.35-meter double bed, and another with a trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two children. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, as well as an additional guest toilet for extra convenience. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

A private parking space for one vehicle is included — a valuable asset in the city center.

Located in a central area, the apartment is very close to both the Puente do Milenio and the Roman Bridge, surrounded by tapas bars, shops, and only a 5-minute drive from the famous Outariz Hot Springs.
