The house is located in an estate of 3000m2 with extensive gardens of cactus, palm trees and aloe vera plants. Casa Simba is located inside the estate but has been kept private with fences all around. It also has private car access.





Casa Simbad is located on the south west coast of Fuerteventura in the small village of Playa Ugan-Pajara. Just 3km from the house you will find the small area of La Pared and the closest touristic resort is Costa Calma (10km). Costa Calma is a nice resort where you will find shops, restaurants and where all the white sandy beaches from Fuerteventura begin.





The decoration and arquitecture is a nice mix of modern and rural style. This is an ideal place to enjoy a very relaxing holiday close to the amazing white sandy beaches of Fuerteventura.



At just 600m there is also a Surf School, and a horse riding center. At 3 kms you will find a golf course.





The house has approximately 100 m2 built and consists of:







- 2 bedrooms with two single beds (pushed together)



- Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, oven, combination freezer-fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine
