Two houses are located on the first floor and one house is located on the first floor. - The first house has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Living room with TV and terrace of 60m² with sea and mountain views. New kitchen equipped with electrical appliances. 2 new bathrooms completely refurbished recently. - The second and third house each have 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people. 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds. Large dining room with TV. Simple kitchen with electrical appliances. 1 complete bathroom in each flat. Exterior: - The house is located in the urbanization of Sant Genís de Palafolls, close to the beaches and towns of the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and the coast of Barcelona (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Calella) . - Finca with garden of 1.300m² and large swimming pool of 10m x 5m, salt water, without chlorine, maintained throughout the year.
