On the ground floor we find the fully equipped american kitchen, living-dining room equipped with a Smart TV and a balcony with access to the main street of the village with noise-insulating glass. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with a shower and two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. Upstairs is the double suite with a full bathroom with a shower and an exit to a terrace with two sun loungers. On this same floor are the laundry room and another terrace with a chill-out zone and views of the church. The apartment has hot-cold air conditioning, wifi and garage. The measures of the garage are 3.60 m wide, 5.00 m long and 2.30 m high, it is closed and for private use only for our clients with a single spot, for a car and bicycles. It is located in the center of the old town, in a parallel street to the Carrer Major, that is why to access it, you will find very narrow streets and also, it is only 150 m from the beach.
