This measures 10 x 5 meters, has a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters, and has an outdoor shower. The front terrace is perfect for relaxing in the armchairs. The porch has a barbecue and an outside dining area. The property is fenced and is located within a residential area with neighbors around.

The interior is characterized by spacious and well-equipped spaces. The split-level living-dining room offers comfortable sofas, where you can watch satellite TV and a spacious dining area. The kitchen is independent, is equipped with a ceramic hob, and also offers a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The boardwalk emanates charm and beauty. A must-see are the Formentor beach and the town of Pollença. If you like to play golf, the course is only 9.2 km away.
