Airy and with a fresh style, the inside welcomes you in a cozy living room, where you can watch the TV set or a DVD film with the best company of sea views. The living is open to the dining kitchen where you will cook your best recipes on the ceramic top or in the oven and enjoy your meals all together. This whole space has an AC unit. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet and AC each, one with a single bed and the other two with double beds. One of the latest features is an en-suite with a shower and there also is a bathroom with a tub for the rest of the accommodation. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
The house is located in front of the beach of Sa Marina, in Alcúdia. You must take into account that it's placed by the road with vehicles passing by continuously. Nevertheless, the road also allows easy and quick access to many other beautiful places in this coastal area of the island, like the town of Alcudia or Alcanada, whose golf course is one of the most valued on the island.
