It has a charming 7 m2 terrace where you can have a drink and relax at nightfall.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and shows a comfortable and modern style. The dining room is equipped with a TV, AC, and a table for 5 people. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds and a fan.
