The dining room is equipped with a comfy sofa, wood stove, Smart TV and an elegant table for 6 people. There is a second dining room for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a ceramic hob and also offers another table with 4 chairs for your breakfasts. The separate laundry room consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom is on the upper floor, with twin beds, a terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Also, if you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you. And finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating so it can be enjoyed during the winter months as well.

The property is located on the outskirts of Son Servera, just 3 km from the town, where you can find all the basic services for an independent stay. It also has easy access to many beautiful places, such as the beach of sa Marjal about 6.5 km away, the Natural Park of Levante or Costa dels Pins. If you like playing golf, the Son Servera golf course is about 7.2 km away. Nearby, in the town of Artà, you will be able to discover the most deeply rooted traditions of the island, such as its traditional market held every Saturday.
