At the heart of the exterior, you'll find a chlorine pool measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 2 meters, offering the ideal spot for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. The pool is surrounded by a beautifully maintained lawn, complete with comfortable sun loungers where you can soak up the sun.
Adjacent to the porch, there's a barbecue area, perfect for preparing delicious outdoor meals. The covered porch is equipped with tables and chairs, creating a delightful setting for alfresco dining with your loved ones.


In the rustic interior of this villa, thoughtfully distributed over two floors, you’ll find a welcoming living room featuring a spacious sofa, perfect for relaxing during the afternoon. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking during your stay and includes a table for enjoying meals with your companions.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor houses the remaining two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning. A full bathroom with a shower serves the first floor.
For your convenience, a change of bed linen and towels is included during your stay. If you’re traveling with a baby, the villa provides a cot and high chair. Additionally, a washing machine and iron are available for your use.

Just a few kilometers away, Puerto de Pollença offers a sprawling white sandy beach, perfect for family enjoyment.
