The outdoor areas are designed to help you make the most of Mallorca’s beautiful weather and the pleasure of open-air living. The spacious private pool, measuring 10 m x 5 m and treated with chlorine, offers plenty of room to cool off and relax, while the outdoor shower is ideal after a swim or a visit to the beach. The property also features a generous, fully fenced lawn that guarantees total privacy. A furnished porch and several terraces provide inviting spots for breakfast, quiet reading or simply unwinding in the sunshine. The built-in barbecue sets the scene for memorable family meals at sunset, creating an atmosphere of calm and genuine charm.

Inside, the house is arranged over two floors and maintains the warm character of a traditional home without giving up modern comfort. A short drive will bring you to the Punta de n’Amer nature reserve, ideal for gentle walks and enjoying the views from its historic defensive tower. You’ll also enjoy quick access to Son Servera Golf course and to Porto Cristo, home to the famous Drach Caves. It’s an area that blends tranquillity, nature and excellent connections.
