You'll find a fantastic 4.5 x 8 meter private chlorine pool, sun loungers, a pleasant garden, several terraces, and various cozy corners to relax at any time of day. The large covered porch, approximately 100 m², is perfect for gathering for lunch or dinner together, and next to it is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and dishwasher, ideal for enjoying long evenings al fresco. Facing the pool is a cozy chill-out area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink at sunset.

Inside, the house has three double bedrooms with air conditioning, decorated in a warm and comfortable style. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other two have double beds. In total, the house offers four bathrooms: three en-suite on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. Three bathrooms have showers, and one has a bathtub, making the stay especially comfortable for groups or families.
