Nestled in the coastal area of Alcanada, just a few steps from the sea, this villa for six guests is the perfect retreat for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday.
Outside, you'll find a stunning 8.5 x 4 metre chlorine pool with a depth of up to 1.90 metres—ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. The terrace features comfortable sun loungers and parasols, along with a small lawned garden that's perfect for families with children. Two furnished porches, including one on the upper floor, offer inviting spaces for al fresco dining with beautiful sea views.

The interior of the villa is spread over two levels and offers a bright, spacious atmosphere with air conditioning in every room.
Upstairs, you'll find a generous living and dining area featuring two comfortable sofas—perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the Smart TV. The dining space includes a large table, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob.
The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each fitted with air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and direct access to the terrace, with one of them boasting an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.
For families travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

Alcanada is a peaceful seaside residential area, renowned for its iconic lighthouse, scenic rocky shoreline, and prestigious golf course. The deposit must be paid by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
