Villa Cortijo is a charming detached villa nestled in the peaceful countryside just outside Alcudia, Mallorca. Surrounded by Mediterranean scenery, it offers the perfect balance of privacy and comfort for families or small groups. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three air-conditioned twin bedrooms and features two modern bathrooms, one of them en suite.
The bright open-plan living area includes comfortable sofas, satellite TV, WiFi, and a dining space connected to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
Outside, guests can relax in the private garden with a swimming pool, sunbeds, a shaded terrace with a dining area, and a barbecue — perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan sun. Additional amenities include private off-road parking, a washing machine, a safe, and a hair dryer. A free cot and highchair are available upon request.
Ideally located just a short drive from Alcudia and Port d’Alcudia, Villa Cortijo offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and local attractions like golf courses and scenic viewpoints — an ideal setting for a peaceful and memorable stay in northern Mallorca.
Air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €[hidden] waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree [hidden]/[hidden] of October 26) and in Greece (Law [hidden]/[hidden]. Closer to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
