In the exteriors of this fantastic property you will find all the comforts you can imagine. You will be able to cool off in the huge salt swimming pool which measures 12m x 5m and has a depth range of 0.2m to 2.5m or sunbathe on the sun loungers, while the little ones play and run as they please in the extensive garden. On the porch of the terrace you will find a dining area where you can extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones after preparing a delicious barbecue available on the property. The house is fenced and the privacy is total as there are no neighbours nearby.

Inside this two-storey house, you'll find a fantastic, bright living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and satellite TV, where you can all get together. The kitchen, open to the living room, is gas-fired and has all the utensils you need for comfortable cooking. When it comes to sleeping, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds for two children, all with heating and air conditioning available. On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other two are on the upper floor. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. You will be able to use the fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is known for its peaceful atmosphere and its proximity to the coast and the mountains. Among its main points of interest are its 18th century church, which is an example of the Mallorcan baroque style, and its weekly market, where you can find fresh local produce and handicrafts.
