This well-distributed and bright ground-floor apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space. The living-dining area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Spanning 78m², the apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people with its 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. One of the bedrooms also includes an additional pull-out single bed.
