In front of a beautiful stone construction, is situated the protagonist, a magnificent private chlorine pool, 9 x 4.5 m and 1.5 deep, whose crystalline waters invite you to swim while contemplating the incomparable views of the countryside and the mountains. Around it, you have 4 sun loungers, a Balinese bed as well as a large lawn area to sunbathe. Then, you can complete the morning or day with a delicious barbecue outdoors, under the cane-covered terrace or on the porch.

As you enter, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, which leads to a modern kitchen-dining area featuring a gas hob and all the necessary utensils for convenient cooking. The property also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

For your comfort, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. One double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a second bathroom with a shower is available for the house.

Additionally, an open loft area accessible via stairs from the living room contains a fourth bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and highchair can be provided.

The Finca is part of Porto Cristo, approximately 5.5 kilometers away, but the nearest village is Son Carrió, located about 3.3 kilometers from the property. In Son Carrió, you'll find a selection of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. For larger shopping needs, Porto Cristo is recommended. The beautiful beach of Porto Cristo is just 6.3 kilometers away.
