Villa Cortijo is a charming independent villa located in the quiet countryside on the outskirts of Alcudia, Mallorca. Surrounded by a Mediterranean landscape, it offers the perfect balance of privacy and comfort for families or small groups. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three double rooms with air conditioning. One of the rooms with an en-suite bathroom has access from the terrace, and the other 2 rooms are located within the main house block and share another bathroom.

The bright open-plan living room includes comfortable sofas, satellite TV, WiFi and a dining space connected to a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and modern appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Outside, guests can relax in the private garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with dining area and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Mallorcan sun. Additional amenities include off-road private parking, washing machine, safe and hairdryer. Upon request, a free cot and high chair are available.

Ideally located just a short journey from Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia, Villa Cortijo offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops and local attractions such as golf courses and panoramic viewpoints, an ideal setting for a peaceful and memorable stay in northern Mallorca.

Air conditioning is available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

In case of key loss or if left inside the property, a charge of £50 will be applied during office hours and £75 outside office hours. The guest must collect the new keys from our office.

On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests are obliged to remove all waste; otherwise, a waste management fee of £150 will be applied.

Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
