Welcome to this spacious and bright villa located in the countryside area of Sa Pobla, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The outdoor areas of this property are fantastic. They feature a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.60 m to 1.9 m, and its integrated cold-water jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing moments. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers and 1 parasol where you can take shelter during the hottest days or cool off under the outdoor shower. For younger guests there is a play area with a swing and a slide so they can fully enjoy the outdoors. There is also a furnished porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with your companions.

The interior is laid out on a single floor and welcomes you with a fantastic living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV. In this area you can relax while enjoying views of the garden and the pool. The kitchen is independent and located opposite the dining area, and like the living room it also has direct access to the porch. The kitchen has gas hobs and is fully equipped so you can prepare your best dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms, all with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe, and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

This villa is located in the town of Sa Pobla. There, you will find everything you might need during your stay as this is one of the most important towns of the island. It is traditionally agricultural, so you will have access to a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers who grow them. Sunday is market day, so you will find all kinds of products in the two main squares of the town. 13km away is the Port of Alcudia, the area of Platges de Muro and Capellans, where there are a variety of fine white sand beaches. The area of Can Picafort has a tourist atmosphere where you will enjoy all kinds of entertainment both night and day. If you want to practice water sports, you have access to windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skis, and many other things.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
