Fantastic 2-story house situated on a small hill which offers stunning views over the countryside and mountains. It is located in Alcudia, and it can comfortably accommodate 4+2 people.
The garden of the property is fantastic and has 150m2 of paved surface and there is also a fenced-in area of about 8,000m2 where there are fruit trees. Right at the property’s entrance area, you can enjoy the fantastic 55m2 furnished terrace where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Leaving the kitchen you will see that there is a great 18m2 porch, where you can enjoy cooking dishes outdoors with the mobile barbecue you have access to on the property. There also are 6 sun loungers to enjoy the sun beams. In the exterior of the house there are 4 parking spaces to park vehicles and the home’s privacy is full.

On entering the property you will find the living room with a decoratove fireplace of the property where you can unwind from the daily routine watching a DVD movie or through a good read. The dining room is furnished to share endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. The kitchen is independent and it has everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove. The laundry area is independent and it gives you access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with wardrobes and AC, 1 with 1 double bed located on the GF, and the other 3 in the 1st F, 2 with 1 bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the GF with shower, and the 2nd in the 1st F with a bathtub. If necessary, you have access to one crib for younger children as well as 3 electric radiators and 3 fans.

With respect to the home’s environment, the nearest town is Alcúdia and is located 3.6km from the property. Two of the most recommended activities in this area include a visit to the old town and the village market, which takes place every Tuesday and Saturday in the morning. The Albufera, which is within walking distance, is also characterized for hosting a large number of native species; it is also known for its great ecological interest because of its biodiversity. If you prefer to enjoy beaches with turquoise waters, quiet coves and various water sports such as diving, windsurfing and kite surfing, you are just 5.6 km away from the Port of Alcudia. This area also offers a variety of options for nightlife, with restaurants, bars and clubs of all kinds.
