Enjoy quietness in this fantastic ecologic and sustainable country house with private pool in Sa Pobla. It has capacity for 4 guests.
You will enjoy some incredible days in this beautiful country little house with lost of comforts to spend some fantastic days. Outside, you will refresh in the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 6 x 4.5 metres and with a depth between 0.5 and 1.5 metres. By the pool, you will find the terrace with sunbeds to comfortably sunbathe enjoying the quietness of the fields. In addition, there are other wonderful corners to disconnect: the porch by the entrance where taking a cocktail in the evening; the table under the arbour where enjoying fabulous barbecues; another little corner at the back of the house where reading a book and disconnect,...Besides our guests have free access to the ecological vegetable garden where you will find seasonal products like tomatoes, watermelons,... The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The 120 m2 simple house has two floors and it is equipped enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. When you enter, you will find the living room where you can watch Tv sat on the comfortable sofa or take a little "siesta". The kitchen and dining room are together, with a very rustic an special style. It includes an induction cooker and the basic equipment to cook during your vacation (no oven). It also features a table for 4 people. On the ground floor you will find the two first bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other a twin bedroom, both with wardrobes and fields views. The floor is completed with a shower bathroom for the whole house. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. Please take into account that the both of them are open to downstairs and mansard-roofed and have no wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepara a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The owners are concerned about environment and that's why you will find solar panels.

The house is located in sa Pobla, in a rural quiet and relaxing environment. You will find all basic services in the village, including supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional Majorcan restaurants. The house is only 13 km away from Playa de Alcudia, but you can also viist other equally beautiful and close beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, els Capellans,... If you are a golf lover the nearest golf course is that of Alcanada and it boasts sea views!

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
