Surrounded by a garden with local plants and trees, the exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the highlight will be the shared chlorine swimming pool, with views of the Mallorcan countryside and dimensions of 12.5 x 6 m and a depth range of 1.2 to 1.9 m. There is also a children's pool so that the little ones can also have fun splashing around. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy with your companions. Please note that your private room is located in a hotel, so privacy is partial.

The location of Sa Franquesa Vella is ideal if you are looking to get to know one of the most deeply rooted ways of life on the island, which is agriculture. Vilafranca de Bonany is a small village where the charm is palpable while offering you all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Not far away you will find other villages worth visiting such as Petra or Manacor. As for the beaches, the closest to the property are those of the east, being Calas de Mallorca the closest one. Not far away you will also find other beautiful beaches such as Cala Media, Cala Romantica or the impressive Cala Varques.
