Welcome to this majestic house in Ariany, with a beautiful garden and private pool, full of life and calm, which offers accommodation to 6 people.
Are you looking for a relaxing, peaceful and at the same time, lively place for your vacation in the island? If that is the case, please do not hesitate to stay in this magnificent villa. The oval-shaped chlorine pool sizes 6 x 3.5 metres and it has a 1.5 metres depth. Here you can swim tirelessly after sunbathing for a while on one of the 6 sun loungers. Right there, admiring the beautiful mountain views and the greenery of the garden, you can enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast. The exterior shower is perfect to cool off if you don't feel like swimming. In the country house there are sheeps and cats; the owner goes every day to feed them. Moreover, keep in mind that in the neighboring farm there are horses. Privacy is completely total.

A carefully laid out path leads from the garden to a wonderful barbecue area, equipped with a large table and some basic appliances for you to enjoy a pleasant evening. Next to this, from a charming little terrace, you can access the interior of the house to a colourful and comfortable living room with satellite TV, open to the modern ceramic hob kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and a total of three bedrooms with wardrobes. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning, space for a cot and a high chair, and direct access to the garden. The second also has two single beds, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last one, on the other hand, has a double bed and air conditioning. Please note that one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room and does not offer privacy.

The little village of Ariany is full of charm with a lovely rural style. Its surroundings are plenty of fertile fields and farmers that make them to become such an idyllic landscape for long walks exploring the beauty of the place, or for practising hiking or biking. On the horizon rises the Puig de Bonany with 317 meters from where you can see much of the island as the prodigious Sierra de Tramuntana, Sierra de Levante, the so-called Pla de Mallorca and the Alcúdia bay. If, on the other hand, youu like the beach, the closest one is in Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet and familiar one.
