Fantastic summer flat in Colonia de Sant Pere, in the north of Mallorca, 300 metres from the sea and with capacity for 6 people.
This one-storey house has a terrace with two sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal to enjoy a good meal under the Majorcan sun. Because it is in an urbanisation, there are direct neighbours.

Within the house you can find a living room where you can watch a film in the TV-sat or a DVD. During autumn nights you can build a warm fire in the wood stove. It also features 2 fans. The dining area brights with a wooden rustic table where six people can enjoy having lunch and chatting. If you like cooking, there is a well equipped kitchen, including a vitro. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board can be found in one of the bathrooms. It is ideal for 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds, all of them with closet and a ceiling fan, as well as two bathrooms with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request.

Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village located in the North of the island. It is a little jewel between the sea and the mountains, ideal for beach holidays as well as for sports like hiking and cycling. There are many beaches around the village like Cala Torta or CalĂł des Ermitans. In the village, you can find the nautic club with a restaurant, the seafront promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a grocery shop. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you will find nightlife in the summer, bigger supermarkets and a lot of leisure for adults and children.
