This charming country house in the middle of a bucolic setting will ensure your well-deserved rest during your vacation. The porch is perfect for family meals or barbecues, while also enjoying the beautiful views of the fields. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The one-storey house has a simple and comfortable style. The large Majorcan entrance leads to the living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table for 4 people. The semi open kitchen has a gas stove. The separate laundry features a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house features 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have direct access to the first of the bathrooms, with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair and gas central heating complete the equipment.

The house is located in the countryside but the town, Son Servera, is only 4 km away. There you can find the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is sa Marjal a beautiful sandy beach located 7.5 km away, although you will find other beautiful beaches in the area as well. If you like golf you can practice it on the Golf Pula course located just 5.2 km away.
