Welcome to this beautiful rustic house with a wonderful garden surrounding the great chlorine pool. It offers accommodation to 5 guests and it is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida.
The exterior is very beautiful, specially the back area of the house where the peace, the nature, the lawn and the trees melt with rustic elements like the Mallorcan stone floor and will make you want to stay forever. In this large gardened area, you will find a long and wonderful pool of 10 x 3 metres with a water depth that goes from 1 to 1.75 metres, 6 sun loungers, a thatched parasol with a beachy style, an exterior shower, a ping-pong table, a built-in barbecue and a perfectly furnished porch for long evenings al fresco. The property is fenced and it has total privacy.

With a traditional style -either outside or inside-, combined with a great simplicity and good taste, this fabulous house will welcome you as your own home. When you enter, you find a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels and an old fireplace which is now a decorative element with a great character. Behind a great arch you access the dining kitchen, perfect to cook your best dishes on the gas top and enjoy them right there. Here, you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are three bedrooms, all of them with a wardrobe and a fan. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed while the other two feature 2 twin beds each. Despite the number of beds, the house is equipped for 5 guests but you can choose the bed where you want to rest in order to be more comfortable. A cot and a high chair also are available. Finally, two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one with a tub and the other with a shower.

The area of Santa Margalida, with its central position, is a perfect location, as it is very easy to reach anywhere in a reasonable amount of time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by people of the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find there everything you may need during your vacations; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some good restaurants. In only 15 minutes driving you will get to Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca'n Picafort or the family beach of Son Serra de Marina. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a very lively area, perfect to enjoy some drinks or an ice cream while you have a walk and admire the sunset.
